The Compak drive system is our latest development. It is a winch-type system with a compact design, as its name suggests, it combines a robust construction with easy assembly. The whole is protected by an easily removable galvanized steel sheet.

The transmission mechanism is indirect, by means of a pinion and chain, which reduces the suffering of the motor and therefore, implies a longer lifespan of the same; at the same time that the traction force of the same is multiplied.

The system is designed to work with high-performance polyethylene ropes, very resistant, both to traction (breaking limit of 6600kg for Ø=8mm) and to abrasion, which allows us to work with small diameters (8/10mm). . In addition, like any other rope, it has a greater elongation capacity than the cable, which is why it supports successive windings better and therefore tends to have a longer duration. However, the motor is also prepared to work with cable.

With this system, it is necessary to install two motors, which allows us to adapt to any type of distribution of the block, being able to place the motors in any position. A two-motor system can clean 1, 2 and even up to 3 aisles, of various lengths, being able to reach 100m in length depending on the configuration.
